Nursery Mart Direct ships plants to eligible addresses within the continental United States. Certain plants may be restricted from shipping to specific states due to local or state agricultural regulations.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Because we’re shipping living plants, processing or shipping may occasionally be adjusted due to weather conditions, plant readiness, or carrier delays. Our goal is always to give your plants the best possible chance of arriving healthy and happy.
We carefully package each plant to help protect the foliage, soil, roots, and container during transit.
Plants may be secured, wrapped, or supported depending on their size and growth habit.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Yes. Extreme heat, cold, storms, or other weather conditions may occasionally affect when we ship your plants.
If we believe waiting will help protect the health of your plants during transit, your shipment may be temporarily delayed.
Not exactly, and that’s part of what makes plants unique!
The photos on our website are representative of the plant variety you’re purchasing. Your plant may vary slightly in size, shape, fullness, leaf color, branching, or bloom stage.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of what you received.
We’ll review your order and help make it right.

Not necessarily.
Blooming depends on the season, maturity of the plant, climate, and growing conditions. A plant shown flowering on our website may arrive before, during, or after its blooming period.
Plant sizes can naturally vary depending on the variety, season, and current stage of growth.
Whenever possible, pot size and other sizing information will be included on the product page so you know what to expect.
Yes. Some temporary shipping stress is completely normal.
Your plant may arrive with slightly drooping leaves, yellowing, minor leaf loss, or small cosmetic imperfections. After being unpacked, watered appropriately, and given time to adjust to its new environment, most plants recover quickly.
Unpack your plant as soon as possible after delivery.
Remove the packaging carefully and check the soil moisture. If the soil feels dry, give your plant a thorough drink of water.
Place it in an appropriate location based on its light requirements and give it a few days to acclimate before making major changes such as repotting.
